2022年2月、江別駅前のビストロは大雪に見舞われ、その厳しい影響で建物が倒壊。 出張店舗の旅を経て、2024年2月高砂駅前に新たな姿で誕生しました。 １０席のこじんまりとした店内は、一人ひとりの笑顔を心地よく映し出します。 高砂駅前に輝く新しい「ビストロ エドナ」で、心温まるひとときをお楽しみください。
In Feb. 2022, the bistro in front of Ebetsu Station succumbed to heavy snowfall, resulting in the collapse of its to the structure. After embarking of a journey with a temporary pop-up restaurant, we have open at a new location in front of Takasago station in Feb. 2024. The setting has a modest 10 seat interior for the intimate interaction between customers. Experience heartwarming moments at the newly shining 'Bistro Edona' at Takasago.

地元である南幌町の高校を卒業後、単身ドイツへ渡り5年間厨房に立ち、 ヨーロッパの多様な食文化を学ぶ。帰国後、国内各地ホテル、レストランでの経験を重ね、 2003年から「ミクニサッポロ」の開店に携わる。 その後、2008年より自身の店である「レストラン南風原（はえばる）」を地元南幌町にオープン。 様々な経験で磨いてきた独自の感性で創りだす料理が口コミで広まり、 遠方から訪れるファンも多い。
After graduating from high school in his hometown of Nanporo, he went to Germany by himself and worked in the kitchen for five years, learning about the diverse culinary culture of Europe. After returning to Japan, he gained experience at various hotels and restaurants in Japan, and was involved in the opening of Mikuni Sapporo in 2003. In 2008, he opened his own restaurant, "Restaurant Haebaru" in his hometown of Nanporo. His cuisine, created with his unique sensibility honed through various experiences, has spread by word of mouth, attracting many fans who come from far and wide.
